Monitoring
In given situations, Syl-Mar will monitor the assets and agreements put in place between the lender and the debtor.
Property Management
Syl-Mar has managed a number of properties that have been taken over or abandoned. Our services include regular inspections that could be on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We also arrange for general property maintenance that can include everything from lawn care and snow removal to structural repairs.
